Administrative Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Conversion Specialist to join our team to work on an onsite, temporary (approximately 6 weeks). The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling documents and executing data conversions between software systems. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data through meticulous line-by-line checks and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data conversion between software systems to ensure seamless transition and compatibility.
• Conduct thorough data entry tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Review identified changes between previous exports and new exports, identifying discrepancies and ensuring data consistency.
• Conduct line-by-line data checks against the database to identify reasons for data changes and report findings to the database administrator for resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine if fixes are needed and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of database systems, with the ability to navigate and manipulate data effectively.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Access.
• Preferred 5-7 years of direct experience in Engineering or Maintenance document management, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship.
