products and services to our clients in Northwest Iowa and beyond. We are currently looking for a Sales
Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for specializing in customer experience with
Appliances, Audio/Video Systems, Home Automation and Surveillance/Security Systems.

Position Details

• Full Time
• Salary Plus Commission ($35,000 – $120,000 annually)
• Guaranteed hourly wage for first 90 days during training

Qualifications

• Retail management experience
• Self-driven, detail-oriented and goal focused
• Proficient in multitasking, handling frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities as needed
• Experience dealing with elevated customer issues
• Being a team player and willing to contribute wherever necessary
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow up in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to lead and motivate others

Primary Duties

• Provide the ideal solution for each customer’s unique needs
• Become an expert in Appliances, Audio/Video Systems, Home Automation and Surveillance/
  Security Systems, Furniture
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere within in the store
• Foster long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Contribute to marketing and promotional planning and execution
• Maintain maximum level of customer experience through the entire customer journey
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply/selection to meet customer demand
• Creates systems that ensure ongoing sales/product training, weekly sales meetings and
  schedules
• Create and execute sales promotions and campaigns
• Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team and individuals
• Website Administration
