Job Summary:

Active Spine and Joint Institute is seeking a full-time, energetic Front Desk Receptionist to join our expanding multispecialty team of Chiropractors, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners and Exercise Specialists to assist with reception, scheduling, collecting co-payments and coordinating care for our patients. We have offices in Rio Grande, Marmora, Northfield and Marlton. The current Receptionist opening is in our flagship Rio Grande office. The position includes 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. No weekends.

We have been in operation for over 34 years with four offices located in South Jersey area and continuing to expand!

Job Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients in a friendly manner by name as they check in
  • Is the care coordinator for patients and ensures compliance to prescribed treatment plan visits. 
  • Gathering patient intake forms 
  • Answering and routing phone calls accordingly
  • Patient Registration
  • Collecting patient co-payments
  • Tracking and reporting key metrics 
  • Other administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Must be friendly and outgoing
  • Must be able to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Must be a team player
  • Reception experience a plus but not required
