Assembly/Operators

Join our team! Offering the stability and growth of an industry leader who’s 111 years and growing, Lavelle Industries is seeking dependable, results-oriented individuals to join the Production team at our Whitewater, WI location.

Positions Available:

Assembler - Hand assembly as part of a team of 12. No experience needed! (1st and 2nd shift only - Full and Part Time available)

Press Operator - Run plastic injection-molding presses; monitor parts for quality specifications; troubleshoot machine issues effectively. No experience needed! (All shifts - Full Time only)
Auto Line Operator – Monitor, troubleshoot, inspect and pack parts that are a result of an automated assembly line. (2nd shift only)
Shipping Assistant - Forktruck experience preferred. (2nd and 3rd shift only)

• Ability to comprehend and use measuring devices
• Ability to perform the job and meet production and quality targets on a consistent basis
• Ability to use computers and computerized equipment to perform the position responsibilities
• Shipping Assistant positions only: Must possess or be able to obtain certification to operate a fork lift.
