Role

Seeking a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic) for 2nd or 3rd shift. The role involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and systems, including mechanical and electrical systems. You'll be responsible for evaluating and recommending equipment improvements, performing equipment failure analyses, troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems, and preparing technical reports.

Qualifications
  • General knowledge of basic troubleshooting skills with ability to assist with repairs and diagnostics of advanced processing equipment, CNC, material handling system, press brakes, lifting devices, and sawing equipment.
  • Maintenance experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems, typically demonstrated by work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, completion of an electrical or mechanical repair training program, or an acceptable combination of training and experience.
  • Ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks on material handling and processing equipment, calculate, lay-out and draw; balance and align equipment, perform rigging activities, safety-related functions, and other miscellaneous maintenance functions.
