Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in and around the kitchen
• Expertly wash and organize soiled dishes
• Keep the dish area organized and free of clutter
• Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks
• Ensure clean and dry floors throughout your shift
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6+ months of professional dishwashing experience with commercial dishwashers and a 3-compartment sink
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Physical fitness to handle kitchen tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Own essential BOH attire (black non-slip shoes, black work pants, white or black polo shirt).
• Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone and email.
