Job Description:

Packaging and organizing meats for the foodservice industry.

Duties:

• Packaging meats, chops, roasts; safely, carefully, and accurately.
• Organizing and completing orders at the end of production.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with health, sanitation, and legal regulations.

Hours:

We work Monday through Saturday, (approximately) 5am to 2pm during summer months, and (approximately) 5am to 3:30pm during "season" (November through May).

Compensation:

Pay for this job starts at $15.00/hr. Hours are plentiful, and overtime is readily available.

Qualifications:

• On-the-job training is available if full experience is lacking. We are willing to train employees who are hard working with less experience.
• Prompt, daily attendance, combined with strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 80lbs.
• Military experience a big plus.
