Huntington University has an opening for a Director of Graduate & Online Program Operations.

The Director of Graduate & Online Program Operations will assist the Executive Director of Graduate & Online Programs by providing oversight and leadership in the Graduate and Online Programs office. This position will help give oversight into the academic areas of online programs curriculum, faculty & student support. This position will also serve as the Assistant Registrar for Graduate & Online Programs providing the necessary support for students, faculty, and other university personnel including the university’s Registrar’s office staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a strong personal Christian commitment and faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to serve others
  • Must be committed to the mission of Huntington University as a comprehensive Christian College dedicated to educating men and women to impact our world for Christ
  • Demonstrated understanding of Christian higher education, preferred
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Demonstrated administrative and supervisory skills
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement
  • Master’s Degree required
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to manage and appropriately prioritize multiple projects at a time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with desire to be part of a collaborative team
  • Aptitude for change and bringing in new ideas
  • Positive attitude with a servant-leader focus
  • Ability to problem solve and find innovative solutions to problems that arise
