Bilingual Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
• Provide accurate information and answer inquiries about products, services, and pricing
• Assist customers with placing orders or resolving issues
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
• Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and (verbal and written)
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
• Previous experience in outbound calling or sales is preferred
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
