Remote-**Must live in the states of Florida, Texas, North Carolina or Nevada for Remote Customer Care employment.

Job Overview:
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for assisting homeowners, escrow companies, realtors and REO institutions via telephone and e-mail. You will provide feedback to Community Management staff, as well as assist residents regarding unit and community information.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Salary: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound/outbound calls from homeowners/residents of rental properties, realtors, REO institutions and respond in a timely manner
  • Provide residents with service information and submit work orders as needed
  • Coordinate with CM's and Associates regarding unit and community information
  • Research information using internal software, available resources and knowledge data base
  • Verify and update customer information
  • Open availability required for Customer Care Center hours
  • 7 day a week call center-Employees will have 1 designated weekday and 1 designated weekend day off per week
  • FL and NC: Monday – Sunday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST (8-hour shifts)
  • TX: Monday – Sunday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST (8-hour shifts)
  • NV: Monday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (8-hour shifts)

Pre-employment Training

  • 3 Weeks Monday – Friday
  • 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST

Equipment/Specifications Required:

  • Use of own laptop or desktop computer (not provided by company)
  • No Chromebooks, Mac, or Linux computers*
  • Dual Core Processor
  • Installed Manufactured Memory -8GB of RAM or higher
  • Processor -2GHz or higher
  • Windows 10 or 11
  • USB ports enabled

Internet connection

  • Min 20 Megabits per second download speed
  • Min 5 Megabits per second Upload Speed
  • Hard Wired Connection (Ethernet Cord required)
  • No 5G/Wireless internet

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • Must possess strong customer service background
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Problem solving/analysis
  • Typing speed minimum of 25 wpm
