  • Hours of operation are 6AM-9PM MST 7 days per week (Deposits)
  • Hours of operation are 24/7 (Cards)s.
Responsibilities
  • Display passion, integrity, commitment and drive to deliver a positive, differentiated service that improves our customers' financial lives
  • Fully understand how life events can impact a customer's financial situation and be prepared to actively advise solutions and analyze/resolve complex customer problems through creative solutions
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with customers to make their financial lives better
  • Engage with customers - begin a conversation, anticipate possible questions, actively share information, build rapport, and handle objections
  • Learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Have 1+ years of customer service experience, including experience handling potentially difficult customer situations
  • Strong computer navigational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening/comprehension skills
  • Professional and courteous
  • Customer oriented


Work Environment

  • Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment
  • Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems

  • Constant sedentary work
