As a Sewer & Drain specialist you will provide the customer with a complete and comprehensive diagnosis of their problem. Giving the customer all options (Good, Better & Best), while explaining the quality and benefits of each solution. The specialist MUST obtain agreement for services prior to performing any work.

Duties:

• Must have basic knowledge of all plumbing systems
• Performs sewer & drain cleaning services for residential customers
• Must be able to remove and reset toilets and p-traps
• Must be able to perform basic drain cleaning functions using small to large-sized drain cleaning machines
• Unclog residential drain pipes according to specifications and plumbing codes
• Clean drains by using cable or high-pressured water jetting on main drains or secondary drains
• Performs pipe inspections with cameras
• Utilizes working knowledge of Service Titan

Job Requirements:

• Apprentice card with a drain cleaner endorsement
• Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid Texas Driver's license with a good driving record (No DWI's within the past 5 years)
• Clean criminal background (no felonies within the past 7 years)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Sales ability
• Able to lift 75+ pounds
