Lanteigne Plumbing, LLC is a family-owned company that is actively seeking full-time, experienced Plumber’s to join our dynamic growing team!  We take pride in completing quality customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must!  We work in Pickens, Oconee, Anderson, and Greenville counties, but the vast majority are the new construction builds on and around Lake Keowee.

The ideal candidate will have experience in new construction, residential and commercial plumbing.  The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently and have a strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, works well with other team members and has excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:

  • Read blueprints and drawings to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply networks, and waste drainage systems.
  • Installation of water supply lines and drainage systems.
  • Coordinate with other trades and project teams to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly and on time.
  • Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Keeps accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
  • Is skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade. 
  • Has knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
  • Familiar with PVC, CPVC, PEX and copper (pipe and fittings)

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of plumbing experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
  • Effective communication skills to communicate with management, team members and other trade contractors.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
  • Effective time management and organization skills to complete daily assigned tasks.
  • Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Also requires frequent bending and lifting, standing, and walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders.
