Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Apex is currently searching for a Commercial HVAC Commercial Project Manager with around 5 years or more of experience leading and managing HVAC projects in and around the Richmond area. This person needs to have experience managing $1m - $15m commercial projects simultaneously and know how to lead a team successfully.

Do You:

• Master HVAC systems and project management?
• Juggle budgets, schedules, and manpower like a pro?
• Understand how to estimate?
• Understand construction software management programs?
• Build and inspire high-performing teams?
• Communicate clearly with everyone (even non-techies)?
• Live near Richmond, VA?
• BA/BS degree in construction/engineering related field or appropriate field experience? (a plus)
