Delivery Driver Expectations

• Superior Customer Service, including but not limited to:

1. Must demonstrate sincerity, patience, and respect in all customer interactions
2. Complete all customer deliveries quickly, accurately, and efficiently
3. THANK all customers for choosing WFP!

• Gathering and organizing all deliveries prior to leaving the store, this includes double checking with the Pharmacist

1. Follow pharmacy/facility directive regarding delivery drop off/returns
2. Transport / exchange ER kits as directed
3. Resupply eER kits as directed
4. Display appropriate WFP attire as well as picture ID
5. Be available for additional delivery runs as needed
6. Be available after hours on a rotating basis, for emergency deliveries to facilities

• Following and completing Logistic Coordinator’s delegated responsibilities

1. Adhering to assigned routes

• Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance Log, including but not limited to:

1. Cleanliness (interior & exterior)
2. Oil Changes
3. Inspections
4. Report any issues to Logistic Coordinator

• Abide by all traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Remember, our delivery vehicles are an extension of our stores. Cutting off, pulling out in front of, excessive speed etc.. reflect poorly on all our drivers and stores
