Full Time $30.00 + per hour (depending upon experience)

MUST PASS A 4-PANEL DRUG TEST

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE & A POSITIVE DRIVING RECORD

Full-Line Maintenance & Remodeling Company looking to hire a Field Technician to perform service call work orders and projects for residential, commercial and industrial service locations.  This position requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and achievement-oriented.  We emphasize professionalism, top-quality workmanship and on-time project completion.

Skills Required:

-          Rough & Finish carpentry

-          Roofing/siding/gutters

-          Drywall & patching

-          Interior/exterior painting

-          Flooring & tiling

-          Cabinetry & countertops

-          Minor plumbing/electrical

Field Technician requirements include:

· Must possess building and construction experience and skills: minimum 5-10 years of experience with a resume to demonstrate such experience

- Personal hand & power tools owned to perform trade-work (larger tools/equipment and vehicle provided by company – option to use a personal work van/truck available, rules apply)

Responsibilities include:

· Performing various trade service work on jobsites

· Ability to troubleshoot various issues occurring to correct any issues or deficiencies and provide answers/resolutions on the job.

- Fill out paperwork – fully & properly

· Ability to build good working relationships with coworkers & customers
