What’s a typical day as an Injection Molding Shift Supervisor/Changeover Technician? You’ll be:

• Leading and supervising shift employees, ensuring work is assigned and completed efficiently.
• Setting goals for shift employees and monitoring their progress.
• Maintaining operation conditions within set parameters.
• Working closely with Quality Control to ensure acceptable quality.
• Troubleshooting issues as they arise and recommending improvements in production methods.
• Completing job changeovers and ensuring proper setup and processing for new jobs.
• Maintaining plant cleanliness and organization.
• Overseeing and evaluating operator training.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 3-5 years of plastics processing experience in injection molding changeovers.
• Have 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Have reliable transportation and the willingness to be flexible with shifts.
• Are able to use basic computer software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Are physically capable of lifting 60+ pounds, climbing ladders, and using hand tools.
• Have a strong understanding of general safety best practices and quality standards.
