Loan Administrator - CRE

Provide administrative, deposit, loan preparation/review/documentation/funding support to the Commercial Real Estate team.

This person will,

• Provide facilitation of loan closing process while providing superior customer service to the deal team and borrowers

• Partner with Relationship Managers as primary liaison with customers, attorneys, inspectors, and title company representatives, during all phases of financing.

• Responsible for ensuring approved credit presentation deal points are appropriately documented and communicate with member banks on timing and funding requirements

• Confirm receipt and clearing of exceptions after loan closing

Requirements
Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

Experience

• 4-7 years experience in loan administration, and/or loan monitoring and loan closing; commercial/commercial real estate finance, law documentation, accounting, and data systems; reviewing and analyzing credit and loan documents; closing functions Required
