Process Operator - Direct Hire

We are seeking candidates for Process Operator roles to work 12-hour shifts, rotating monthly between days and nights. What you will do as a Process Operator:

• Collect and test quality control samples
• Assure completion of timely and accurate daily documentation of all process information
• Maintain a clean facility and follow the sanitation schedule and complete all tasks
• Assist the maintenance department with routine tasks such as assembling and disassembling equipment, as well as rigging and cleaning filters
• Operate and maintain equipment including telehandler, skid steers, tractors, ATVs, pay loaders, forklifts and manlifts

What you need to be a Process Operator:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Experience in a production environment
• Working knowledge in math, reading comprehension, and mechanical reasoning
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
