Full Time School Psychologist Position for District Near Thorndale, TX
We are seeking a passionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 2023-24 school year. As a School Psychologist near Thorndale, TX, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall well-being of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student strengths and areas of concern.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized plans to support students' academic and emotional growth.
- Provide counseling and guidance services to students in need.
- Participate in special education evaluations and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings.
- Promote a positive school climate by implementing evidence-based programs to prevent bullying and enhance social-emotional skills.
- Serve as a resource for teachers, administrators, and staff on matters related to students' psychological well-being.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid TexasSchool Psychologist certification.
