Position Overview: We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. As a vital member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients by taking messages and providing general information about our insurance products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional service, and the ability to follow predefined scripts effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from clients, providing assistance and answering inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Take detailed messages and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Provide general information about our insurance products, services, and policies.
• Follow predefined scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values in all customer interactions.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to follow predefined scripts and guidelines effectively.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Good job tenure and a track record of reliability and commitment.
