We are seeking an energetic and team-oriented bilingual Patient Service Representative to join a non-profit medical group. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play an essential role in ensuring that patients receive the care and support they need.
This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as a commitment to serving our diverse patient population. Candidate must be flexible to work in other satellite offices. Candidate should have experience with scheduling patients, handling check in/out duties, and insurance verification.
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00/hr. DOE
Shift: Monday - Friday - 7:30AM - 4:30PM (must be flexible to work weekends)
City: Westlake, CA

Patient Service Representative Requirements:
- 2 years Patient Service Representative experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish - Required
- Knowledge of the insurance verification process, with experience in verifying insurances, especially Medi-Cal/Medicare/HMO.
- A strong background in customer service with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Solid experience with any EMR software. Knowledge of EPIC EMR is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
