Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? The Stepping Stones Group is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Lake City, SC, delivering exceptional therapy services to schools on a full-time, school-based basis!

As our ideal candidate, you'll conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities, crafting individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. You'll provide therapy services to students both individually and in group settings, collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs. Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans will be key aspects of this role, alongside maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or Clinical Fellows
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
