Position Responsibilities
As a Senior Vision / Vantagepoint Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing quality technical software support to clients using the Deltek products Vision/Vantagepoint. Technical Support Analysts work in a team environment and provide support to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and the internet. This opportunity is offered on a remote basis. Work activity involves assessing the nature of customer problems and resolving most support issues. For the most complex issues, the customer is escalated to an appropriate Support Analyst. Qualifications
- 2+ years technical customer service or software support experience required
- Prior Vision/Vantagepoint software knowledge not needed, but a strong plus
- Previous CRM support experience required
- Customer service or support background in a software industry preferred
- Must have had coursework and/or experience in Enterprise solutions line of software, computer programming or database administration with the knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2019
- Active Directory
- Microsoft SQL 2017
- Experience supporting a web-enabled software application preferred with knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft .NET
- Microsoft IIS
- Microsoft SharePoint
- LAN/WAN Performance and Connectivity Troubleshooting
- Web Server Deployment
- Successful history working in a team environment
- Refined problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
