Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $15 - $20per hour

Work setting:

• In-person

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces, doing laundry, and cleaning dishes.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed and assist with medication management as needed.

• Demonstrate compassion, reliability and trustworthiness
• Proactive individual that is a self-starter
• Ability to communicate with clients in a positive and friendly manner
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA), CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Negative TB test (within the last 90 days), criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Valid Driver's license and car insurance (non-drivers may apply and will be considered based on client needs)
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact respectfully with clients and their families
• Prior experience in caregiving, home healthcare, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required by state regulations
