Touching Hearts at Home caregiver team are non-medical companion Care Partners that are committed and compassionate. Our team provides social non-medical companionship support for our clients in their own homes to age in place! We offer a very competitive hourly pay rate! Our caregivers, Care Partners, are NOT required to provide hands on care or other medical services and we do NOT require any healthcare certifications.

Shifts and Availability:
Our shifts vary depending on our clients needs, but shifts are typically 8am-12p, 12pm-4pm, 5pm-9pm, 8pm-8am. Availability of 20-40 hours a week is needed in order for us to match up our Care Partners with our clients. The more availability you have, the more opportunities!

REQUIREMENTS needed in order to apply to be a Care Partner:

• Personal OR Professional Experience: Taking care of a loved one first-hand OR professional experience working as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or companion caregiver / homemaker
• Valid Drivers License & Insured Vehicle to transport clients when needed
• Must have your own reliable cell phone and daily access to the internet, email, texting
• Minimum availability of 20 working hours per week. We have shifts available to work up to 40 hours a week (availability on weekends a plus)
• Willingness to travel a work commute up to 15 miles to and from your shift
• No Certification required!
• Commitment and Compassion for providing quality care in our community
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
