Tea Mochi in Shreveport, LA is looking for one barista to join our 24 person strong team. We are located on 6550 Youree Drive Suite 2400. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista (Not required)
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $8.00 - $8.50/hour.
