Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable person to join our client's team. Temp to Possible Hire

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in office administration, a foundational understanding of accounting concepts, and 1-2 years of prior experience in accounts payable. Knowledge of Foundation software, construction accounting, and payroll experience would be a plus for our candidate. Our candidate will also be highly organized and detail-oriented, have a positive attitude, and strong work ethic, and be able to work independently handling many tasks in a fast-paced environment. This person will be primarily responsible for all Accounts Payable functions including, but not limited to, purchase orders, receiving, verifying, and processing, within a timely manner, all accounts payable invoices, filing and maintaining accounting and payroll records, and heavily assisting in weekly payroll processing.
