At Albemarle Heating & Air, we are dedicated to making a difference in people's lives by ensuring their health, safety, and comfort. As the first line of contact with our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and creating a pleasant experience for our customers.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Schedule appointments with customers.
  • Answer service and product questions to attract potential customers.
  • Record and update customer account information
  • Maintain customer records.
  • Resolve service and product problems; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, direct customer to the appropriate staff.
  • Clarify and address customer complaints.
  • Determine the cause of problems and provide appropriate solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience with telephone experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Geographical knowledge of sales area or ability to read a map.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
