Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician at The Treetop, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule Monday - Friday 4 pm - 7:30 pm.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

At The Treetop, we offer competitive compensation, starting at $25 - $29 per hour, based on experience, with incremental raises every three months, six months, and annually, reaching up to $33 per hour. Additionally, there are opportunities for additional bonuses once the salary cap is met.

All that you need is:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• A love and passion for working with children
• Willingness to travel to client homes
• Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job posting
• Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs

As a Behavior Technician at The Treetop, you start your day by reviewing client records and organizing yourself as needed. You assist at schools, where you help with skill-enhancement endeavors whilst also helping with various community activities. Your unwavering commitment shines brightly as you cultivate profound bonds with clients and their families!
