What?
This position will perform a variety of tasks for preparation, processing and packaging of food and non-food products and lead processing room operations.

Main aspects of the role include:

• Operate food processing machinery, involving set up and tear down
• Direct crew activities (4 - 6 crew members)
• Food processing room cleaning / sanitizing
• Ensure process/product quality is maintained
• Communicate with packaging crews, coordinators and/or supervisors

Hourly pay: $21.00 (see chart below) with $1.00 differential for night shift Estimated Average Weekly Earnings &

You!
The ideal candidate will have previous leadership, production processes and production equipment experience. It would be essential for this person to have organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Additionally, reliable transportation is necessary with the requirement to be able to transport between company locations. This candidate should have the ability to work 12 hour day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
