Mobile Coffee Manager at Mama Ds Coffee - Wales

Mama Ds Coffee, nestled in the heart of Wales, Wisconsin is on a mission to extend our cozy, community-centric experience through our mobile coffee trailer.

We're excited to invite a dedicated Mobile Coffee Manager to our team . Someone who embodies our passion for excellent coffee, heartwarming treats, and connecting with the community.

This is a part-time Summer position beginning as early as April through late September.

Responsibilities:

• Replies to each mobile coffee request with availability and event protocols, confirming the date, time, and location with managers.
• Oversees the mobile event from start to finish, including managing inventory, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and ensuring a consistently delightful customer experience. A role model to staff working the event.
• Safe transportation: Utilize your own vehicle to tow the coffee trailer safely to various locations within a 25- mile radius . Adherence to safe driving practices is paramount, and a current, valid insurance policy is required.
• Exhibits excellent communication and leadership qualities. Your engaging personality and excellent customer service skills will make our mobile trailer a cherished local fixture.
• Ability to skillfully prepare a variety of espresso-based beverages with precision and flair utilizing our on board mobile espresso machine. Latte art should bring joy to every cup. We offer a multitude of cold beverages from lemonades to fruit storms and frappes.
• Our tempting selection of freshly baked goods, supplied by our brick-and-mortar shop in Wales is sought after.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but a passion for coffee and community is a must!
• Own a vehicle capable of towing the coffee trailer.
• Possess a current, valid insurance policy.
• Demonstrate a clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $14.00/hour.
