Job Description
SUMMARY
This accounting position primarily focuses on managing car deal payables and handling products cancellation and associated payables within the automotive dealership context.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Processing customer cancellation, including occasional customer contact.
- Ensuring timely processing of customer product purchases.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Daily posting of Account Payable invoices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- Familiarity with general accounting principles, including debits and credits.
- Strong work ethic with regular, dependable attendance.
- Enthusiasm and reliability, with a positive “team player” attitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
