System Support Analyst
Location: 2476 Swedesford Rd, Malvern, PA 19355
Pay Rate: $25/HR W2
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm OR 9am-6pm
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Description:
- Work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status
- Break-Fix support, changing system boards, hdds, laptop LCDs etc.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software
- IMAC – Receiving equipment, unboxing and deploying (set up, breakdown)
- Responsible to ship and track equipment to remote users and track returns documenting everything in the ticket
Skills:
- 4+ years of professional IT experience in an enterprise environment
- A+ certification
- All work comes from Service Now ticketing system, must have familiarity/experience
- Must be detailed and process oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status
- Excellent customer service
