Service appointment coordinator - Toyota of Naples

Job Description:

Germain Automotive Partnership is looking for experienced, energetic, and organized individuals to work as a Body Shop Appointment Coordinator at our dealership. In this role, the coordinator receives all incoming service calls, establishes relationships with the customers and schedules appointments for the Body Shop Department. This positiin will also act as receptionist making appointments for estimates and vehicle reapirs.

This position interacts daily with Body Shop Manager, Assistant Body Shop Manager, support staff and customers.

Pay for this position will be $16.00 - $18.00 an hour.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the body shop and our clients.
• Schedule all repair and estimate appointments for clients.
• Complete all paperwork needed to schedule appointments, other administrative duties as required.
• Professional dress in a neat and business-like manner.
• Bilingualism is not required but can be very helpful.
• Valid Florida Driver’s license is required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, drug test and motor vehicle report is required.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High School or GED equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task
