Job Description
Home Care Attendant maintains a pleasant and safe environment, supervises client activities, assists with activities of daily living, provides emotional support and communicates changes in the client’s status to his/her supervisor. Services will be performed in client homes on Greencroft campus and throughout the community at large.
Part Time, flexibility in hours and shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients in a respectful, adult manner.
- Correct practice basic skills to assist with activities of daily living for the client.
- Provide reminders for medication.
- Run errands as requested.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to ready, write and follow instructions.
- CNA preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally.
