Cafe & Events Crew - Part Time Members

We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill part time roles of events and café crew members, where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of agritourism and slow food while also delighting customers with delicious farm to table offerings.

As an Event & Café Crew Member, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during our festivals, live music events, and everyday café operations. Reporting to the Café & Market Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring each visitor leaves with a smile and a desire to return.

Part-Time Position - Hourly Range: $14.00-$16.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of Processes & Adherence to Policies - Managing the flow of guests, tables, events, and customer service. Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, alcohol, and company policies wherever our food service interacts with our customers.
• Customer Experience and Sales – Use interpersonal skills to create an inviting atmosphere for guests and maximize the opportunity for sales during those interactions.
• Food & Beverage Knowledge - Educate customers about food and beverage served at store and carried in our market. Continuous education to expand knowledge of all items offered, understanding of seasonality of product, and services offered through our café and food operations.

Essential Job Duties:

• Maintain quality standards of customer experience.
• Maintain cleaning, stocking – market & café, and upkeep schedules.
• Participate in food and beverage preparation in support of café, events, and market production operations.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Aid in events, marketing opportunities, as needed.
• Support customer service, front-end operations when needed.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required: High school education or equivalent
• Preferred: Work experience in Hospitality
