Family & Children's Place of Louisville, KY is looking to hire an ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR for the HANDS program to assist with coordinating the daily activities of the HANDS Program services. Scope includes program planning, service delivery, day-to-day coordination of activities, staff training, ongoing supervision and monitoring and evaluation of projects. This management position earns a competitive wage of $50,580 - $60,000 annually. A retention bonus of $100 after 90 days and $200 at one year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF HANDS

The HANDS associate director is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the HANDS Program services. The scope is inclusive of program planning, service delivery, day-to-day coordination of activities, staff training, ongoing supervision, and monitoring and evaluation of projects. May also be responsible for providing direct services for a family caseload. Will serve as a back up to program director when needed for liaison with state officials and other community partners. In all responsibilities, will support the agency's equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts as well as our trauma-informed services and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HANDS SUPERVISOR

  • Master's degree in social work with license such as CSW or LCSW or an RN and 3 - 5 years of casework with families and children.
  • Experience in providing services for culturally diverse families, preferably experience in home visitation with a strong background in primary prevention services to the 0 - 5 age population.
  • Two - three years' experience in supervisory roles
  • Covid vaccination is required
