We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Real Estate Broker to join our team at Windermere Real Estate. In this role, you will serve as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and support throughout the real estate process. • Build relationships with sellers and buyers, and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price and under the best terms
• Evaluate clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Promote sales through various marketing strategies, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win situations
• Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
