Internship Dates: June 3, 2024 - August 31, 2024

Leasing interns are required to work at least one weekend per month as decided by the Executive and/or Regional Vice Presidents. Interns will follow the company’s holiday schedule, which includes Juneteenth (June 19, 2024) and Independence Day (July 4, 2024)

Things You Need

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential residents
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed
