DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- Call center or customer service experience
- Valid Utah RN or LPN license (Arizona or Florida licenses may be considered)
- Knowledge about HIPAA and medical records standards
- Professional attitude and exceptional communication skills
- Leadership skills and computer proficiency
Experience in coding or a medical office would be preferred.
As an RN Case Management Analyst, you dive into medical records and collaborate closely with our team to support each client's legal case. Always professional, you call doctor's offices to request files and charts for our clients. You thoroughly review this information and ask clients follow-up questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of their history.
