YOUR DAY

As a Program Development Associate at Hoyleton Youth and Family Services, you ensure our CARE principles guide every operation. Fostering a robust work ethic and building strong relationships, you're an assistant manager shaping the future of the children under our care. Your exceptional organizational skills are crucial for accurate record-keeping, budget management, and Medicaid compliance. You are truly a superhero for these children.



REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in the human service field with 2 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
