Description

DRCG is seeking a Program Analyst to support a federal client in Clarksburg, WV. The Program Analyst will be involved in program activities for a federal client to deliver support to various research and analytical projects, outreach and engagement with the criminal justice community, the review and analysis of large amounts of investigative data, interpretation of data sets, and the development of meaningful reports. The ideal candidate possesses former law enforcement or intelligence analyst experience with a drive for supporting mission-oriented programs.

Position Requirements

  • Manage, track, prioritize, and schedule multiple projects simultaneously, meeting short deadlines.
  • Provide necessary professional skills, including limitations, privacy, ethics, planning, selecting, collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and communication for all phases of data processing, system and software development lifecycle phases, and the analysis of large amounts of data.
  • Work well under pressure with short deadlines.
  • Recognize when and where problems and opportunities exist and evaluate strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records, statistics, and develop meaningful reports from information resulting from batch search results.
  • Prepare and deliver verbal and written communication to colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and foster relationships between the client, stakeholders, and the criminal justice community.
  • Conduct effective and routine outreach to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively liaise with external partners and stakeholders to express ideas orally and in writing.
  • Ability to learn and become proficient with the client's information sharing tools and standard procedures.

Security Requirements

  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Top-Secret Clearance.

Education / Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of experience in managing and supporting IT systems.
  • Hands on experience in project management.
  • Previous LEO experience is highly desired.
  • Previous Intelligence Analyst expertise is highly desired.
