CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant

Current Openings:
Full Time Days, Full Time Evenings & Part Time Night Shifts

Pay rates starting at $21.70-24.40/hour
(based on experience and shift differentials)

CNA: Certified Nursing Assistants supports our mission and values by providing passionate and holistic care for the residence based on individual care plans.

What will I do as a CNA?

  • Provide support and assistance with activities of daily living such as grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting and feeding in a resident focused and dignified manner and in accordance with the resident's plan of care.
  • Complete daily assignment in thorough and timely manner including additional assigned tasks such as wheel chair washing, passing ice water, etc.
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to team leader in timely manner.
  • Act in a professional manner that is consistent with the rules of society, good customer service practices, and in accordance with the Three Pillars Standards of Conduct.

What is required in this position?

  • Current and valid C.N.A. certificate in the state of Wisconsin with current status on the C.N.A registry with no negative findings
  • Must be 16+ years of age
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position as outlined in the job description
  • Basic computer knowledge (preferred) and/or ability to learn and use computer applications relevant to job duties
