Salary: 15.50 to 16.50

Job description - is for evenings, days & weekend shifts. Full time or Part time availability. 


Responsibilities:


- Provide coaching and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and promote independence
- Stay up to date on regulations related to individuals with disabilities
- Mentor and educate individuals on workplace expectations and professional behavior
- Provide addiction counseling and support services as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and counselors, to ensure holistic care for individuals
- Support individuals in developing job skills and achieving employment goals
- Conduct assessments to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and appropriate job placements


Qualifications:


- H.S. Diploma required and/or some college coursework is preferred. 
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Knowledge of training development techniques
- Familiarity with regulations related to individuals with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and mentor individuals effectively
- Understanding of addiction counseling principles is a plus
- Knowledge of workforce development strategies
