Labor Finders is immediately looking to hire a dynamic individual to lead the team and to drive growth in the FORT WALTON BEACH office.

Labor Finders has been in business since 1975, with approximately 200 offices nationwide.

Salary Expectations: Base Salary / Plus Uncapped Commission & Bonus structure.

*Many of our successful Branch Managers earn between high five figures and low six figures, however the earnings structure is uncapped, so the sky is the limit.

The Branch Manager is directly responsible for driving gross margin profit in assigned branch by:

  • Generating new business through outside sales.
  • Maintaining or exceeding the target Gross Margin.
  • Develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Re-engaging inactive clients.

The Branch Manager is expected to spend the majority of their time focused on achieving these objectives. In addition, the Branch Manager is charged with the following:

  • Mentor, coach, train, and develop sales and customer service skills and provide leadership to branch team by ensuring:
  • Excellent customer service is provided by branch team at all times.
  • Client inquiries and service issues are handled and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Branch Manager and branch team adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Associate issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. o Appropriate Workers’ Comp. codes are used for each job.
  • All Workers’ Comp. claim forms are completed within company guidelines.
  • Oversee and manage branch Accounts Receivables and Collections as outlined in the company credit and collections policy.
  • Manage and analyze Profit and Loss statements for the branch to maximize profitability and minimize cost.
  • Manage the processes of worker dispatch, payroll, customer invoicing and collections.
  • Manage the recruiting and hiring processes in the Branch to ensure efficiency.
  • Generally follow the direction of the Regional Manager.
  • Actively promote community awareness of Labor Finders services.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required:

  • Must have a current Valid Driver License.
  • 3-5 years business development / outside sales, business to business, related industry, and/or related management experience is desired.
  • Working knowledge of local and state employment / labor laws is a plus.
  • Business professional attitude with extraordinary account management skills.
  • Resourceful and independent thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
  • High level of computer proficiency, including MS Word Office Suite.
  • Pre-employment background screen.
