Experienced Mover's Helper/Driver

The Dudes Moving Co. are seeking reliable and experienced Mover/Driver to join our dynamic team. As a Mover/Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering various goods and items to our clients. This role requires excellent driving skills, physical fitness, and exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibility:

• "Smoke Free Workplace"
• Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, appliances, boxes, and other items to and from designated locations.
• Operate company vehicles, including trucks and vans, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols while driving.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service throughout the moving process.
• Carefully handle and protect items during transportation, ensuring no damage occurs.
• Assist with packing and unpacking items, as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the moving equipment and vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete moving tasks.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience as a driver or mover
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items (at least 75 pounds).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Great Attitude!

Pay & Benefits:

• Drivers: $22.00-$25.00/hr + Tips
• Movers: $20.00-$22.00/hr + Tips
• Competitive pay based on experience
