We are an Electrical Contracting Business seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join our team.
Job Description:
- Managing records with precision and expertise.
- Reconciliation of financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Overseeing and managing accounts receivable.
- Generating and analyzing financial reports to provide valuable insights.
- Managing and maintaining profit and loss statements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in reconciling books and managing financial records.
- Ability in managing AP/AR.
- Strong attention to details to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- At least 1 year experience working as a Bookkeeper with a strong background in Bookkeeping tasks in construction field.
- Adobe experience preferred, not a must!
- Work authorization.
