Commercial Construction Project Manager

Apex is currently searching for several exceptional Commercial Project Managers with atleast 5 years of building projects that are Religious, Healthcare related or Commercial within the range of $5m - $15m. Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and assist younger project management staff in their growth.
• Work closely with the client to understand their project specifications and act as an intermediary between the owner and the construction team.
• Oversee client budgets from design to turnover.
• Work with preconstruction professionals to align client's goals.
• Attend regular construction meetings as a representative the the client and consult and advise proactively.
• Work with all parties to see the project is according to schedule.
• Review contract documents.
• Additional duties to ensure client project satisfaction and promote business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience
• 5+ years project management experience
• Experience on $5M+ projects
• Experiencing interfacing with owner
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Plangrid, Bluebeam or other project management software
• Preconstruction experience (a plus)
• Higher education, Multi-Family, Churches/Religious & Healthcare project experience (a plus)
• Bachelor's or above in construction management, civil engineering, or related (a plus)
