CNC Machinist - Operator/Program/Setup

*Possibility for Fusion360 3 axis lathe and mill programming

Busy OEM is seeking a motivated candidate interested in furthering their manufacturing career. This position is 1st Shift, Full-Time, Monday through Friday. All machines have Haas/Fanuc controls and candidates are expected to be familiar with these controls.

Must have previous experience. Fusion360 experience is a plus. Manual Engine lathe experience is a plus

Must be capable of performing own set-ups and operate 3/4 axis lathe and Mill. We are looking for an excited CNC Machinist working multiple machines which will benefit from on the job training.

• Strong problem solving capabilities
• Solid working knowledge with: blueprint reading & G-code programming
• Comfortable using Haas/Fanuc control
• Experience designing/building fixtures, machining castings, and programming, setting up 4th Axis Rotary Tables preferred
• Machine components according to instructions and engineering drawings
• Change tools and make offset adjustments
• Review blueprints and accompanying documents for accuracy and machining requirements.
• Understand and follow machining policies, instructions, work rules and safety guidelines.
• Meet schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Work experience related to CNC lathe and mill machining
• Mill turn & Lathe turn experience is required.
